l am an American of Egyptian descent, a university professor, scientist, and
founder of some new sciences. l am 72 years old, a resident of San Jose, and a lover
of all humanity. However, my company and I have long suffered from collective
injustices from most people and organizations l deal with. I am facing disastrous
problems and severe obstacles in my work and private life, as if this is an
intentional thing and a systematic campaign against me and all the innovators and
their companies in Egypt, America, and the Arab countries in general. People,
communities, and organizations must unite worldwide to do good and help those in
need. However, unfortunately, many people and man y governmental and civil
organizations join and gather to do me wrong as if they find pleasure in it, whether
in the USA or Egypt, as if they were enjoying my pain, getting high while sipping
from my flowing blood in full cups, and eating at the table of my tragedy as if only
they were at their last supper. It seems that these problems I suffer from also affect
all startups and their founders, as injustice has spread, justice is missing,
conscience is dead, and morals are lost. If all these abuses are against me only, then
I reluctantly accept them. However, suppose they extend to affect the human
community as a whole. In that case, we must stand up and combat this injustice
and resist the hateful racism that destroyed the dreams of millions of people,
including me. Should we, as a human society, wait for the advent of another Martin
Luther King, waging wars to end racism and injustice to all human beings? In Your
Hands is a book from a series that depicts my tragedy and personal experience.
I deposited my grievances between its covers to be read by every person with a
lively conscience, an enlightened mind, and a heart that beats with truth and
goodness. This is to relieve me of the injustice that has befallen me and restore
some of my lost rights. If you have the same experience and suffer from the same

At SJSU, many professors, lecturers, and leading authorities
hatched conspiracies and fabricated unfounded accusations
against me, infringing on my financial and professional
rights. They could destroy my scientific reputation. They
used to deal badly with me without justification. Moreover,
the California Faculty Members Association joined hands
with the university administration to demote and defame me.
They did not provide me with any material or moral support.
I still wonder why they used to act against me. The book con-
tains instances of collective injustice to show that CFA works
for the university administration, not for their members, in
the following items:

stopped utterly. They threatened my students and manipu-
lated their behavior to destroy their careers. Their disas-
trous behaviors against me represented the slow killing of
my potential and abilities. They were a heavy burden on
me and my precious time. Therefore, I endured humilia-

San Jose University professors' neglect, discrimination, and
ugly behavior toward me and my students have caused me a
lot of trouble, pain, and discomfort. I knew from the start
that I was persona non grata. Although I tried to search for a
similar position, my advanced age represented my biggest ob-
stacle. I had several interviews at more than ten universities
for a full-time job from 2010 to 2016. At the beginning of 2016,
my heart started to have health problems because they mis-
treated me. Still, with determination, I continued to work
and provide feedback to students within and outside the uni-
versity.
Meanwhile, I visited hospitals and emergency rooms on week-
ends when needed. A week before the semester's final exam,
Stanford University suggested that I stay in the hospital for
some tests. During this period, I prepared the exam for the stu-
dents and sent it ready for distribution at the time of the
exam. Then, I had a heart transplant and ended up in the hos-
pital. Despite this, I was not supported financially or morally
by the university for the proposed period of recovery. In addi-
tion, the heinous collective injustice against me has contin-
ued until now.

This Book contains many instances of SJSU's collective injustice
against me, as they deprived me of everything that belonged to me
as a full-time university professor. They robbed me of my post (from
fall 2008 to the Present) as I was isolated from the department, col-
lege, and university. Moreover, they treated me like a persona non
grata. To add insult to injury, they did not pay me my financial and
employment dues as I calculated the amounts that were unlawfully
stolen from me (more than 200,000$). This is in addition to my
stolen rights to the job pension.
Moreover, they deprived me of the support I was entitled to, like
teaching assistance, publications, travel, and other services. They
even prevented me from providing feedback to my students. Further-
more, they appointed spies on me from students and university pro-
fessors. This is one of several forms of corruption among corrupted
faculty, staff, students, and the California Faculty Association
(CFA). This is the tip of the iceberg. As a result, they killed me aca-
demically, financially, psychologically, physically, and morally. The
funny thing is that everyone who has harmed me has received an
award for their satanic behavior. It's strange to see this in the great-
est country on Earth-the United States of America.

This book summarizes my tragedy and suffering during four
months or more of hellfire at San Jose State University
(SJSU. They represented an actual killing to me as a professor
who had undergone a heart transplant. All the misfortunes
happened in the spring of 2017, especially since my first sus-
pension from work at the end of May 2017. Despite the objec-
tion of the medical team to the heart transplant, I was forced
to return to university in a wheelchair, and then all the ca-
tastrophes began. They deprived me of my job, financial bene-
fits, and due support. They gave me many unjustified assign-
ments to make me fail on purpose. As a result, I experienced
four months and a half of hellfire (from the final week of Janu-
ary 2017 to the first week of June 2017).

Between June 1 and August 2017, I was subjected to a despicable
blackmail operation that was intended to steal more of my
money and drain my energy. After I met with the Provost of San
Jose State University and the Acting Dean of the College of Engi-
neering at the end of May 2017, I asked them to pay me the 2,000$
they promised me for papers' registrations of published by the
students, but I did not receive it. But I was suspended immediate-
ly. I contacted several San Jose attorneys but am still waiting to
hear back from them. Finally, I received a call from a former
lawyer who worked for me, and I had to send him all the docu-
ments proving what happened to me. He continued to drain
money from me until he asked me for 2,000$ to meet him, which I
paid him. While waiting for him, I received a letter reassigning
me to the university. When I met him, he said, "You should
retire." The meeting lasted less than 10 minutes at his office in
Oakland, California. Strangely, he took his fees and never
worked for my benefit. I paid 2000$ for 10 minutes and did not
benefit from anything. Does this make sense?

The book has ugly collective injustice and disastrous impacts on dealing
with judges, law firms, lawyers, and paralegals in Egypt and the USA.
Before I married my ex-wife, I had not learned how to courts, law offic-
es, lawyers, or paralegals. Then, I faced injustice in both the USA and
Egyptian courts. I married but failed after discovering the social and sci-
entific differences between my wife and me. My divorcee sued Egyptian
courts to demand her dues according to Egyptian and Islamic religious
law. She managed to obtain judgments from the Egyptian court.
Moreover, she filed a lawsuit in an American court in California, de-
manding the same rights as a divorcee according to the state's law.
Therefore, she obtained her rights twice, contravening all international
and local rules and laws that refuse to grant a right twice. As a result, I
suffered all different kinds of nasty collective injustice from the Honora-
ble Judge, all the lawyers in the USA (8) and Egypt (5), and Paralegals
(2).
At the same time, I desperately needed the money she seized for my medi-
cations, as I had already undergone a heart transplant that needed
every dollar to keep me alive. The question may arise: Is it possible that
I would pay her dues twice as a divorcee, once by Egyptian courts and an-
other time by American courts? Where are the men of the law?

tive injustice by professional associates and associations. Since
the beginning of my career as a practitioner and academic, I have
worked closely with the Association for Computing Machinery
(ACM). I have been appointed Associate Editor of the Communi-
cations of ACM Flagship Magazine and Editor-in-Chief of the
Practical IEEE Computer Society Press. I have featured my inven-
tions and innovations in the CACM "Thinking Objectively" col-
umns and helped solve many problems and issues with the staff
and members of the ACM. Furthermore, I edited five theme
issues in CACM, IEEE Computer, and IEEE Software Magazine
and published many distinguished articles and papers. Despite
all this, I faced apparent injustice at the hands of racists who dis-
missed me from my duties at the CACM and rejected all my theme
issues, papers, and Book Proposals I sent to them. Then, I filed
complaints and did not receive a single response from them, let
alone ridiculous comments on my proposals from a committee
that knows nothing about software engineering.

This book contains many examples of the shameful and ugly be-
havior that my ex-wife's family took against me before and
after the divorce, in cooperation with bad friends, to wage war
against me and spread their hatred, plots, and malice every-
where to the point that this plot has blatantly affected innocent
people. The demons of Hell have allied with my ex-wife's family
to blackmail me, plunder all my wealth, and harm everyone who
has anything to do with me by threatening death, persecution,
or other methods of evil and deception. They were not satisfied
with that, but they worked to plant hatred in the souls of my
children so that they would turn against me and stand in my
face as enemies-my children, who are my true wealth and
whom I lost because of them. My ex-wife cooperated with her
two brothers, her friends in Egypt and America, and corrupt
lawyers and family court officials to engage in unexpected and
immoral behavior toward me and others. For example, insults,
malicious accusations, false allegations, false witnesses, and
tenants who were persecuting me in court and blackmailing in-
nocent individuals and families, causing them a lot of harm and
scandals, and in fact, they had nothing to do with my problems
or my divorce from near or far. Are these attributed to humans
or to jungle dwellers?

This book contains examples of corruption at San Jose State
University. Many faculty members, staff, and students are cor-
rupt and involved in many forms of collective injustice. I have re-
corded many cases of corruption from 2008 until the Present.
Corruption is a form of dishonesty and abuse of power or posi-
tion to obtain benefits or advantages. The corrupted party
plays roles that do not affect their functions or authority. The
abuse of power has caused me many psychological, financial,
and health problems. Therefore, it is necessary to review all the
College of Computer Engineering files and some administrative
positions at San Jose State University between 2006 and 2008,
write several reports about some faculty members, and submit
them to the fair judiciary for adjudication.
Furthermore, San Jose State University's administrative staff
has increased by more than %300 since 2002, while the faculty
has been reduced by more than %200, increasing the stu-
dent-body per faculty ratio. Therefore, I reached the following
conclusion: There are no natural scientists at San Jose State
University, but rather fraudsters who are the most dangerous
to society and human minds. I wonder if the day will come when
this corruption will be erased so the community will rise, and
rights will be returned to their owners.

This book contains several forms of collective injustice
within San Jose State University, especially in the Comput-
er Engineering Department, which is carried out by the
deans of the College of Engineering, faculty members, staff,
and some academically failing students. This injustice in-
creased and peaked from the spring of 2017 to the fall of
2018. Among the manifestations of this injustice are the im-
position of harsh rules and regulations and low and condi-
tional support, as there is no financial support for students,
no support for research or additional activities, no supervi-
sory points from 2002 until the present, and no meeting
with students outside the two office hours twice a week. Not
to mention that I was accused of frequently missing lec-
tures, knowing that I did not miss any class except when I
went to the hospital during study time (which is very rare).
When I returned, I compensated the students with addition-
al lectures on Saturdays most weeks during the semester, in
addition to several students spying on me in all my classes.

injustice that happened to me in that particular

This book contains examples of massive collective injus-
tice within and outside San Jose State University. An ex-
ample of this collective injustice is, firstly, the CFA's ma-
nipulation of me, which caused the loss of my health insur-
ance and prevented me from providing my necessary
needs for medications and treatment after a heart trans-
plant. Secondly, I will not allow any of my students to sup-
port me. Some students were even planted to get me into
trouble by spying on and recording me without my knowl-
edge. In addition, I supervised a team of 4 university stu-
dents for an entire semester in 2020, and violations oc-
curred when interviewing students during the Coronavi-
rus period. One of the students (a girl) posted a lousy mes-
sage to me on the petition site Change.org which partici-
pated in collective injustice. Third, there is no equipment
to help me teach or support registration or publishing
fees. Accordingly, my career remained suspended entirely
during this period as in previous periods, and my health
deteriorated. And I fell ill throughout the period, and
everything became utterly tragic.

San Jose State University. I was wronged by false ombud-
spersons, many directors and staff, and by the personal or-
ganization of the university with the collaboration of many
different faculty and administrators at the university.
My tragedy started in January 2017 and continued until
August 2022. Many corrupt administrators (VPs, Associate
VPs, and Directors), faculty, Chairs, Deans, and San Jose
State University staff participated in many abusive instanc-
es and did injustice against me. Here is a brief example of in-
justice:
The Senior Director at San José State University, University
Personnel, Faculty Services, corrupt judge formed a court,
and I proposed to meet him. However, he refused to meet me
and asked me to answer questions over the phone. I replied.
He wrote a wrong report that did not have any of my an-
swers, so he judged me according to his whims. He emailed
his fabricated report, so I told him I had nothing to do with
this inaccurate report. I sent him corrections, but he did not
consider them. His description led to a suspension in the fall
2021 semester, exactly from August to December 2021. I did
not receive my salary until March 2022, when I returned to
the university.

that belonged to me was seized in Egypt and America under
the bullying law that was forcefully imposed on me. The cor-

my ex-wife and her assistants seized everything I owned in
Egypt and America by illegal means and circumventing the
law and custom. This matter cost me a lot of time, effort,

This book has all the evidence collected over many years that
shows the collective injustice of most of the Scholarly Citation
Sites.
Since beginning my career as a student and professional, I have
been interested in some citation sites like Google Scholar, Re-
searchGate, ACM, Academia, IEEE, and others. However, all
these Citation Sites have proved to be unreliable. Therefore, I
lost my interest in them. The reasons for this are:
- Some citations to my papers disappeared, and my case is not
unique; they hide information about my publications.
- Some scholar citation sites are biased; they promote some per-
sons but ignore others.
- They make me invisible in the research space on purpose.
- Most are bizarre as they corner my publications but promote
others.
- They make faults that may cost authors an arm and a leg to
publish and research.
These defects are the tip of the iceberg and should be fixed. If
they are not set, they will cause significant harm to authors
and researchers. These sites will frustrate them, so that re-
searchers may quit them all.

This book deals with examples of the bad practices of San Jose State Univer-
sity against me. I will summarize some of them in the following lines. At the
end of November 2021, I received a request from the university to select six
new courses to teach for three classes. When I objected and said that I
needed to teach the courses I had prepared for more than 20 years, they har-
assed me. It took me a month to get approved to teach the classes I wanted.
Strangely, when I asked them to publish my name on these courses, they did
not respond to my request. Instead, they did not post my classes, and I
ended up creating empty courses, as I taught two undergraduate courses
and one graduate course with three students, which is not permitted under
any rules at the university. I then discovered that most undergraduates
needed to prepare for my class and that most students behaved strangely.
What's worse is that some of them were recruited as real spies and behaved
disrespectfully towards me. When I caught some students cheating, with
the evidence available, the dean and president covered up these cheating
students. When I took the final exam and got the answers from the stu-
dents, I was surprised at how low the students' academic level was. I know
how students are evaluated at this university, and I wouldn't be surprised if
they all passed the semester.
After the exams were over, I was surprised to receive from the university a
letter of my fourth suspension from work, as there is no salary for August
2021, knowing that I received half of my salary in mid2018 -. The other half
went to my ex-wife, after which I received the fifth suspension in Septem-
ber 2022 without compensation for one year.

I have suffered a lot from the mistreatment of companies, banks,
credit bureaus, and Wells Fargo, which I think colluded with the
bank I deal with and deliberately destroyed my financial reputa-
tion and all my business, which negatively affected all my activi-
ties and deprived me of my economic rights by publishing false in-
formation about me to all financial institutions and all parties
that need a financial report on me. In the last six years, I have
compiled a complete record of all credit companies and their offic-
es, due to which I wasted a lot of time contacting all of them on
the phone and writing correspondence to them. However, they
didn't help me with anything. Moreover, I didn't get any support
from them to compensate me for what I suffered, like severe
losses and damages, and they unjustly robbed me of money.
Please consider these allegations of mine because they are tough.
You can check the evidence attached to the book, which includes
the latest information about my bank and credit cards and con-
tains many errors and contradictions. I am tired of being reject-
ed and unwarrantedly mistreated by all banks.

injustice. This is my fifth suspension, from Septem-
ber 2022 to October 2023 ,1. Since then, I have lived
for nearly a year without my salary. Moreover, sever-
al organizations have been stealing my money up to
now. I have been denied all my benefits as a profes-
sor a senior citizen, and deprived of my proper
health insurance. All the funds allowed to me are
from my federal government retirement, equivalent
to my apartment rent. This is in addition to the
traps that my ex-wife, with her family's help, has
planned against me and the unbelievable demands
of two of my children.

The company does not meet its obligation. Not only does it owe me
a lot of money, but it also causes me a lot of damage. Therefore, I
stopped my business with this company, but it is still withdrawing
money from my account at Wells Fargo, which is still giving it pay-
ment for the last three months.
2 - Comcast Corporation
This company denied providing me phone services for more than
three months. It forced me to pay a lot of money for Xfinity. Moreo-
ver, it inserted nasty remarks to credit bureaus about me.
3 - Google Email Services and AdSense
They took a lot of money from me for poor security services. Moreo-
ver, they caused a lot of damage to all my websites and email sys-
tems. This cost me a lot of time and money to be fixed. AdSense
owes me a lot of money as income from my channel on YouTube and
prevents me from continuing to conduct my business on YouTube
for years.

Too many people in Fayad's Family Groups are aggressive, talka-
tive, showy, and frivolous. Unfortunately, they support certain

me even by killing me; one felt comfortable stealing my money,
and some accused me of stealing and being a traitor.

Between the covers of this book, I try to write my true trage-
dy at San Jose University and the most ferocious events, spe-
cifically from October 2023 ,1, until today. I depict how the
forces of evil allied, joined forces, and wrapped around me
like the arms of an octopus wrapping around its prey to
devour it. I also embody the extent of my suffering that
melted in the crucible of injustice, where there are mali-
cious machinations, satanic tricks, and administrative cor-
ruption. For example, they made legal fallacies, suspended
my salary, deprived me of health insurance, let university
employees manipulate me, took arbitrary measures against
me, constantly persecuted me, and tried to get rid of me
without human motive for racist reasons that no human
mind can imagine. They would harm my dignity as an Ameri-
can citizen. They also work to destroy the societal value
system as a whole. All this and more is detailed within the
pages of this book.

I became at the end of my rope after my rights were lost, my reputation was
tarnished, and my financial and social situation was weak when my ex-wife
seized the opportunity to open two accounts at Wells Fargo Bank without my
knowledge in 2012. Moreover, in collaboration with a bank employee, she
forged my signature during my illness and heart transplant in July 2016. My
ex-wife kept withdrawing large sums of money from those accounts. After
discovering the two accounts in 2018, they were closed. As a result, this
matter left a bad reputation in my financial situation and significantly
harmed me. Due to this, I fell into significant problems, including being de-
prived of financial transactions with the bank and being refused any re-
quests I submitted.
Moreover, funding sources stopped, and many of my projects stopped with
them. My request to open an account for my publishing house was denied de-
spite having all the necessary legal papers. Then, I submitted complaints to
the bank to investigate the matter, primarily related to the crime of forging
my signature. Still, the case has not been decided so far, and my complaint
has not been answered nor investigated as if I were screaming in a desert
where no one responded to my call or felt my suffering. The ugliest thing is
the inhumane treatment that the bank employees at Wells Fargo used to deal
with me. The bank took arbitrary measures against me and my commercial
accounts and regularly disbursed vast sums of money to several institutions
without my consent. The bank deliberately spent vast sums of money on my
ex-wife, who withdrew my savings and money without my permission and
knowledge, not to mention the mistreatment by the bank employees.

The first six months of living in the apartment were passed peacefully with-
out any disturbances. However, after a while, I faced many problems when I
moved to a new apartment. I met issues with the apartment owner due to
negligence and delays in maintenance dates, which led to huge losses and
damage to my stock of food inside the freezer for more than three months,
which increased my financial burden. Moreover, the people there could have
been more cooperative. They refused to carry my things or purchases into
the apartment because it was on the second floor. Not to mention the racist
behavior against me in emails and correspondence, as if there was an organi-
zation or paid people behind it.
To make matters worse, they sent me a petition from their attorney demand-
ing 420$ in fees, which I had nothing to do with. I called my attorney for
twenty minutes of legal advice over the phone for 110$. He advised me to pay
the amount and that there was no need for problems because I would not be
able to buy or rent a house if I did not pay. The amount has now reached one
thousand dollars, in addition to the losses resulting from neglect of mainte-
nance, estimated at five hundred dollars. It cost me over 1200$. The apart-
ment rent is about three thousand dollars per month. You paid it on time. I
have the case number filed against them at the police station because the
apartment affected my health. Moreover, I asked them to repair it at my own
expense. Still, they refused, and no one listened to me, so I decided to leave
this place if I received all my dues in total and had an official certificate from
them guaranteeing my residence in an apartment unsuitable for human
living.

My tragedy at San Jose University began when I was invited to
attend an interview for my university appointment in July 2002.
During that time, I met a university professor called Gilda Pour,
who was of Iranian origin and was working at the university. She
begged me not to accept the university's offer to work there. Un-
fortunately, I did not take her advice, and I received the letter of
appointment after the university dean assured me everything
would be fine. I met many Silicon Valley scientific groups encour-
aging me to live in the area. Then, I returned to my office at Lin-
coln University and received a phone call from a university facul-
ty member who spoke to me rudely and told me there was no
place for me at the university. What a bad start! I immediately
called the dean, who asked me not to worry, but after I returned
to the university, I was surprised that he had left after a short
period. This book includes many examples of ill-treatment by
some university faculty members, except for one or two people
who treated me kindly and one of whom arranged a convenient
place to stay at the beginning of my stay in San Jose.

The book contains chapters dealing with abusive and discrimina-
tory behavior and corruption cases by many faculty members in
the College of Engineering, especially the Department of Com-
puter Engineering.
I lived for four years in hell, during which I sought the tenure pro-
cess at the university as a permanent university professor and
filled out forms and documents to the fullest. Professor Isaac
from the College of Business Administration called me to offer
his help because he had the same experience when he joined the
same university. After that, he was so disturbed by what hap-
pened to me that I had to leave the university at the end of the se-
mester on the pretext that the university's president saw that I
was not good at teaching at the university. Isaac advised me to
seek the help of a lawyer, especially after they signed a contract
with me that I work as a lecturer and not as a professor, which re-
sulted in demoting me and reducing my total salary from ten
thousand dollars to only two thousand dollars. I was so shocked
and humiliated that I needed more than 8,000$ monthly to cover
my expenses.

In what law does this situation exist: that a person obtains their
legal rights in the same case twice in two different countries? Is
this the justice we seek in your esteemed courts of justice? It hap-
pened to me. In these few lines, I will present my case so that you
may realize the extent of my tragedy and suffering in a case that
is stranger than fiction. My case is summed up in that my ex-wife
obtained legal rights from me after I divorced before the Egyp-
tian judiciary by Egyptian and Islamic law. There is nothing
wrong with that because it is her legitimate right, and I acknowl-
edge it, but for her to take the same rights in the same case
before the fair American judiciary is absurd. It is meaningless,
and I cannot find any word to describe it in all the world's diction-
aries except that it is the ultimate injustice in its ugliest form.
What law approves this? Is it reasonable for a person to be pun-
ished for a crime he committed twice before the courts in two
countries? Does this exist in any item of the law? It only exists in
the laws of the jungle. How can my ex-wife get her rights twice?
And how can I be punished and fined twice in the same case? O
scholars of the law, please advise me on this matter. Do I not have
the right to regain the rights that were stolen from me and elimi-

and valid evidence so that I may find among them someone who
will be fair to me and remove the yoke of injustice from me. It cost

جامعة لينكولن وبعدها تلقيت مكالمة هاتفية من أحد أعضاء
هيئة التدريس بالجامعة خاطبي فيه بشكل وقح وأخبرني بأن لا
مكان لي في الجامعة. يا لها من بداية سيئة!
قمت على الفور بالاتصال بالعميد الذي طلب مني أن لا أقلق، ولكن
بعد عودتي للجامعة فوجئت أنه رحل عنها بعد مدة قصيرة. هذا
الكتاب يتضمن أمثلة كثيرة من المعاملة السيئة من قبل بعض
أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة باستثناء شخص أو شخصين كانا
يتعاملان معي بلطف وقام أحدهم بتدبير مكان مناسب أقيم فيه

بملء استمارات ومستندات علي أكمل وجه ونشرات علمية
وابتكارات لا حصر لها. ولقد اتصل بي البروفيسور إسحاق من كلية
إدارة الأعمال ليعرض على مساعدته لأنه مر بنفس التجربة عند
التحاقه بنفس الجامعة. وقد انزعج بعد ذلك لما حدث لي من
اضطراري لمغادرة الجامعة في نهاية الفصل الدراسي، بحجة أن
رئيس الجامعة رأى أنني لا أجيد التدريس في الجامعة. ونصحني
إسحاق بأن أستعين بمحام خاصة بعد أن وقعوا معي عقدا بأنّ
أعمل كمحاضر وليس كأستاذ دكتور، ومن ثم ترتب على ذلك
تخفيض رتبتي وراتبي الإجمالي من عشرة آلاف دولار إلى ألفي
دولار فقط. ولقد شعرت بعدها بالصدمة والإذلال الشديد حيث
إنني كنت بحاجة إلى أكثر من 8 آلاف دولار شهريًا لتغطية
نفقاتي الخاصة.

ويبدو أن هذه المشاكل التي أعاني منها تعاني منها أيضا كل الشركات الناشئة
ومؤسسوها. حيث انتشر الظلم، وغابت العدالة، ومات الضمير، وضاعت الأخلاق.
إذا كانت كل هذه الإساءات ضدي فقط، فأنا أقبلها على مضض، ولكن إذا امتدت
لتمس المجتمع الإنساني ككل، فلابد من وقفة للتصدي ومكافحة هذا الظلم
ومقاومة تيار العنصرية البغيضة التي قضت علي أحلام الملايين من البشر وأنا من
بينهم .هل يجب علي أن أنتظر قدوم مارتن لوثر كينج آخر، يشن الحروب من أجل
إنهاء تلك العنصرية والظلم الواقع علي كل بني الإنسان؟

ومرت الأشهر الستة الأولى من العيش في الشقة بسلام دون أي اضطرابات.

علاقة بها. لقد اتصلت بمحامي الخاص للحصول على المشورة القانونية عبر
الهاتف لمدة عشرين دقيقة مقابل 110 دولارات. ونصحني بدفع المبلغ وأنه لا
داعي للمشاكل لأنني لن أتمكن من شراء أو استئجار منزل إذا لم أدفع. وقد
وصل المبلغ الآن إلى ألف دولار، إضافة إلى الخسائر الناجمة عن إهمال
الصيانة والتي تقدر بخمسمائة دولار. لقد كلفني ذلك ما يزيد عن 1200
دولار. ويبلغ إيجار الشقة حوالي ثلاثة آلاف دولار شهريا. قمت بدفعه في
الوقت المحدد. في حوزتي رقم القضية المرفوعة ضدهم في مركز الشرطة
لأن الشقة أثرت على صحتي. علاوة على ذلڪ، طلبت منهم إصلاحها على
نفقتي الخاصة، لكنهم رفضوا، ولم يستمع لي أحد، لذلك قررت أن أغادر
هذا المكان في حالة حصولي على جميع مستحقاتي كاملة، وعلى شهادة
رسمية منهم تضمن إقامتي في مكان لا يصلح للعيش الآدمي.

لقد عانيت كثيرا من سوء معاملة شركات وبنوك ومكاتب الائتمان
وWells Fargo والتي أظن أنها تواطأت مع البنك الذي أتعامل معه، و
قامت بتدمير سمعتي المالية وكل أعمالي عن عمد، مما أثر سلبًا على
جميع أنشطتي، وحرماني من حقوقي المالية، وقامت بنشر معلومات
كاذبة عني لجميع المؤسسات المالية وكل الجهات التي تحتاج
تقرير مالي عني.
ففي السنوات الست الماضية قمت بجمع سجل كامل عن جميع
شركات الائتمان ومكاتبها والتي بسببها أهدرت الكثير من الأوقات
من جراء التواصل معهم جميعا عبر الهاتف وكتابة المراسلات إليهم.
ومع ذلك كله، لم يفيدوني بأي شيء، ولم ألق أي دعم منهم يعوضني
عما تكبدته من الخسائر والأضرار الجسيمة، ناهيك عن سلب الأموال
مني دون وجه حق.
يرجى النظر في ادعاءاتي هذه وأخذها مأخذ الجد والاعتبار لأنها
خطيرة جدا، حيث يمكنكم التحقق من الأدلة المرفقة في
الكتاب، والتي تتضمن أحدث المعلومات عن بطاقاتي المصرفية
والائتمانية، والتي بها أخطاء وتناقضات كثيرة.
لقد سئمت الرفض وسوء المعاملة غير المبرر من قبل جميع البنوك.

انقطع بي السبيل وضاقت بي الحيل بعدما ضاعت حقوقي وتشوهت سمعتي
وضعف وضعي المالي والاجتماعي حين انتهزت طليقتي الفرصة وقامت
بفتح حسابين في بنك Wells Fargo دون علمي. وبالتواطؤ مع موظفة
في البنك قامت بتزوير توقيعي في فترة مرضي في 2012 كعادتها في
السرقة وإجرائي لعملية زراعة القلب في يوليو عام 2016
وظلت طليقتي تسحب مبالغ مالية كبيرة من تلك الحسابات، وبعد
اكتشافي للحسابين في 2018 تم إغلاقهما، ولكن هذا الأمر قد خلف
سمعة سيئة في وضعي المالي وأضرني بشكل كبير. ووقعت في مشاكل
كبيرة من جراء ذلك، منها حرماني من التعاملات المالية مع البنك
ورفض أية طلبات أتقدم بها، وتوقفت مصادر التمويل بالنسبة لي مما
توقفت معها كثير من مشروعاتي، ورفض طلبي بفتح حساب لدار النشر
الخاصة بي رغم وجود كل الأوراق القانونية اللازمة. ومن ثم تقدمت
بشكاوى للبنك للتحقيق في الموضوع خصوصا وأنه متعلق بجريمة
تزوير توقيعي. تم الرد علي شكوي بعد معانات كارثية أدفع تمنها الي
وقتنا الحاضر والأكثر فجاجة وغرابة تلك المعاملة الغير آدمية التي
يتعامل بها معي موظفي البنك في Wells Fargo
خلاصة القول أن البنك قام باتخاذ إجراءات تعسفية ضدي و ضد
حساباتي التجارية، وصرف مبالغ ضخمة إلي عدة مؤسسات بصفة دورية
دون موافقتي. وشارك عن عمد في صرف مبالغ طائلة لطليقتي التي قامت
بسحب مدخراتي وأموالي دون موافقتي وعلمي، ناهيك عن سوء المعاملة
من قبل موظفي البنك.

والحيل الشيطانية والفساد الإداري الذي فاحت رائحته
والمغالطات القانونية وتعليق راتبي وحرماني من التأمين
الصحي والتلاعب بي من قبل موظفي الجامعة واتخاذ الإجراءات
التعسفية ضدي دائما واضطهادي بشكل مستمر ومحاولة
التخلص مني دون وازع إنساني، لأسباب عنصرية لا يتخيلها
عقل إنسان والتي من شأنها المساس بكرامتي كمواطن يحمل
الجنسية الأمريكية وتعمل أيضا على هدم منظومة القيم

تمت دعوتي للعب الدور الرمزي على جدار دوار العمدة منذ سنوات عديدة
واكتشفت أن أعضاء دوار العمدة يميزون بين العديد من الأشخاص بسبب أصلهم
ومعتقداتهم وأسلوب حياتهم. حاولت معالجة أكبر عدد ممكن من المواقف.
تلقيت تهديدات من بعض المسؤولين الذين قاموا بحظري من المجموعة

الكثير من الأشخاص في مجموعات عائلة فياض عدوانيون، ثرثارون، مبهرجون،
وتافهون. وللأسف هم يدعمون أشخاصاً وسلطات وأنظمة معينة، وبعضهم يهددني
حتى بالقتل؛ شعر أحدهم بالارتياح لسرقة أموالي، واتهمني البعض بالسرقة
وبالخيانة
- الإعلام والندوات الثقافية واللجان والأندية
كل منهم يلعب الأدوار المشينة، ويختلف عن أدوارهم المناسبة. تمت الإشارة
إلى العديد من المظالم الجماعية في الكتاب.

ما بين الأول من شهر يونيو وشهر أغسطس 2017 كنت أتعرض لعملية
ابتزاز حقيرة، كان المقصود منها هو سلب المزيد من أموالي واستنزاف
طاقتي.
بعد اجتماعي مع عميد جامعة سان خوسيه والقائم بأعمال عميد
كلية الهندسة في نهاية مايو 2017 قد طالبتهم بدفع مبلغ 2000
دولار لي قد وعدوني به ثمن تسجيل أبحاثي المنشورة من قبل الطلاب،
ولكنني لم أتحصل عليها. بل تم ايقافي على الفور. اتصلت بعدة
محامين في سان خوسيه، ولكنني لم أتلق أي رد منهم. وأخيرا تلقيت
اتصالا من محام سابق كان يعمل لدى وكنت مضطرا لأن أرسل له
جميع المستندات التي تثبت ما حدث معي. وظل يستنزف مني الأموال
إلى أن طلب ني مبلغ 2000 دولار لقاء مقابلته، ودفعتها له بالفعل.
وأثناء انتظاري له، تلقيت خطابا لإعادة تعييني في الجامعة. وحين
التقيت به، قال لي: "يجب عليك أن تتقاعد". واستمر الاجتماع لمدة
أقل من 10 دقائق في مكتبه في أوكلاند، بكاليفورنيا. العجيب أنه
أخد أتعابه ولم يعمل قط من أجل مصلحتي. دفعت مبلغ 2000 دولارفي
10 دقائق ولم أستفد بأي شيء، فهل هذا يعقل

يتناول الكتاب العديد من الأمثلة على الظلم الجماعي وحياتي
البائسة في زواج فاشل بكل المقاييس. تحولت حياتي إلى جحيم
دائم عندما ارتبطت بهذه المرأة آسف، هذه الشيطانة التي لم تتماش
معي يوماً بسبب اختلاف الطبع والثقافة والعقلية وكل شيء،
فكانت لا تشبهني تماماً. اختيار بائس!
لذا فكرت أن أكتب عن دوافع الزواج وكيف يمكن أن يكون
الزواج مشروعاً ناجحاً لضمان سلامة الأسرة والمجتمع. باستعمال
تجربتي التعيسة ومن خلال شرح الحديث النبوي الشريف. وعن أبي
هريرة قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «تنكح المرأة لأربع:
لمالها، وحسبها، وجمالها، ودينها. فاظفر بذات الدين تربت يداك».
وهذا الحديث منهج رائع لاختيار شريك الحياة على أسس سليمة
ومنهج سليم لبناء أسرة قوية متماسڪة ومترابطة، ويساعد الأفراد
والمجتمع على تجنب المأساة التي وقعت فيها ودمرت حياتي

لقد سبب لي الإهمال والتمييز وسلوكيات أساتذة جامعة سان خوسيه
القبيحة تجاهي وتجاه طلابي الكثير من المتاعب والألم والمشاعر
غير المريحة. فلقد عرفت منذ البداية أنني كنت شخصا غير مرغوب
فيه لديهم. ورغم أنني حاولت البحث عن منصب مماثل، إلا ان سني
المتقدمة كان تمثل أكبر عقبة واجهتني.
لقد أجريت لي عدة مقابلات في أكثر من 10 جامعات للحصول على
وظيفة بدوام كامل من عام 2010 إلى عام 2016. وفي بداية عام
2016، بدأ قلبي يصاب بمشاكل صحية بسبب الطريقة السيئة التي
اعتادوا أن يعاملونني بها، ولكني بإصرار واصلت العمل وتقديم
التغذية الراجعة للطلاب داخل الجامعة وخارجها. أثناء ذلك قمت
بزيارة المستشفيات وغرف الطوارئ خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع عند
الحاجة إلى ذلك. وقبل أسبوع من الامتحان النهائي للفصل الدراسي،
اقترحت جامعة ستانفورد علي بالبقاء في المستشفى لإجراء بعض
الفحوصات وخلال هذه الفترة قمت بتجهيز الامتحان للطلاب وأرسلته
ليكون جاهزا للتوزيع وقت الامتحان. وبعدها أجريت عملية زراعة
قلب وانتهى بي الأمر بالمكوث في المستشفى. رغم ذلك لم يتم
دعمي ماديا ولا معنويا للمدة المقترحة للنقاهة من قبل الجامعة
واستمرت حالات الظلم الجماعي الشنيعة ضدي حتى وقتنا الحاضر.

في جامعة سان خوسيه، دبر العديد من الأساتذة والمحاضرين
والقيادات مؤامرات وقاموا بتلفيق الاتهامات الباطلة ضدي، والتي تمس
بحقوقي المالية والمهنية. وعملوا على تدمير سمعتي العلمية. كانوا
يتعاملون معي بشكل سيء دون مبرر. علاوة على ذلك، تعاونت رابطة
أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كاليفورنيا مع إدارة الجامعة لخفض رتبتي
وتشويه سمعتي. ولم يقدموا لي أي دعم مادي أو معنوي. ما زلت أتساءل
لماذا كانوا يقفون ضدي. يحتوي هذا الكتاب على أمثلة من الظلم
الجماعي ليبين أن رابطة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كاليفورنيا كان
يعمل لصالح إدارة الجامعة، وليس لصالح أعضائها، في البنود التالية:
(1) لا توجد عدالة داخل رابطة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في

(2) تلعب رابطة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كاليفورنيا أدوارًا شريرة
(3) النظام الداخلي لرابطة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كاليفورنيا
عبارة عن دعاية رخيصة.
(4) معظم المحللين الماليين المعتمدين يضعفون مستوى التعليم في
كاليفورنيا.

يلخص هذا الكتاب مأساتي ومعاناتي الحقيقية خلال أربعة أشهر أو
أكثر في نار الجحيم في جامعة ولاية سان خوسيه. لقد كانوا
بمثابة اغتيال حقيقي لي كأستاذ جامعي أجريت له عملية زراعة
قلب. كل الكوارث قد حلت بي في ربيع 2017 ولاسيما منذ
إيقافي عن العمل لأول مرة. ورغم اعتراض الفريق الطبي الذين
أجروا عملية زراعة القلب، إلا أنني اضطررت للعودة إلى الجامعة
على كرسي متحرڪ، ومن ثم بدأت كل الكوارث. لقد حرموني
من كل مزاياي الوظيفية والمالية ودعمي المستحق. لقد كلفوني
بمهام كثيرة غير مبررة لكي أفشل عمداً. ونتيجة لذلك،
قاسيت أربعة أشهر ونصف في نار الجحيم الحقيقية (من الأسبوع
الأخير من يناير 2017 إلى الأسبوع الأول من يونيو 2017).

يحتوي هذا الكتاب على نماذج من الظلم الجماعي الهائل داخل
وخارج جامعة ولاية سان خوسيه. ومن أمثلة هذا الظلم الجماعي هو
أولا تلاعب أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كاليفورنيا معي مما سبب
ضياع التأمين الصحي الخاص بي ومنعي من توفير احتياجاتي
الضرورية من أدوية وعلاج بعد عملية زراعة القلب. ثانيا، عدم
السماح لأي طالب من طلابي بالقيام بدعمي. بل تم زرع بعض الطلاب
ليوقعوني في مشاكل بالتجسس على وتسجيلي دون أن أعرف،
بالإضافة إلي أنني أشرفت على فريق مكون من 4 طلاب جامعيين
لفصل دراسي كامل في عام 2020، وتدعي الجامعة بحدوث
انتهاكات عند مقابلة الطلاب خلال فترة فيروس كورونا ولم
يحدث ذلك، ونشرت إحدى الطالبات (فتاة) رسالة سيئة تمسني
على موقع العريضة المسمى Change.org. التي شاركت في الظلم
الجماعي. ثالثا، عدم وجود معدات لمساعدتي في التدريس أو دعم
لرسوم التسجيل أو النشر. وبناء عليه، ظلت مسيرتي المهنية معلقة
تمامًا خلال هذه الفترة كما في الفترات السابقة واستمرت حالتي
الصحية في التدهور، ومرضت طوال الفترة، وأصبح كل شيء مأسوي
تماما بالنسبة إلي.

يتناول هذا الكتاب صورا من المؤامرات الدنيئة التي قام بها
الجميع (المؤسسات التي أتعامل معها وطليقتي وأعوانها) بشكل بشع
لتدمير سمعتي العلمية وتحطيمي نفسيا ومعنويا و جسديا. بما في
ذلك قيام جامعة ولاية سان خوسيه من إيقافي عن العمل براتب
للمرة الثانية وهذا من (نهاية عام 2018 إلى أبريل 2019). والتعامل
معي بطريقة سيئة وغير آدمية، حيث يوجد العديد من الصور
المروعة وحالات كثيرة للظلم الجماعي التي حدثت لي في تلك
الفترة بالتحديد، والتي سوف تقرأها بالتفصيل في هذا المجلد.

يحتوي هذا الكتاب على أمثلة كثيرة للظلم الجماعي من قبل
الجامعة في كاليفورنيا بأكملها والكلية والقسم ورابطة أعضاء
هيئة التدريس والموظفين. وعلي النقيض من هذا يحوي الكتاب على
مواقف مشرفة للصديقين اللذين دعماني قبل عام 2009 عندما
فقدت دعم الأسرة.
وفقا للتسوية في أغسطس 2008، بوصفي أستاذا متفرغًا براتبي
الأصلي، نصحني محامٍ خبير بالتقدم للحصول على تثبيت دائم وطلب
مني متابعة وتسجيل أي أعمال عدائية، أو إهمال، أو سوء معاملة، أو
سوء سلوك يمارس من قبل الجامعة وموظفيها ضدي. ولكني لم أتبع
نصيحته في بادئ الأمر وتقدمت بطلب للحصول على وظيفة في بداية
عام 2009. وقد تبين من خلال السيناريوهات "الغريبة" أن الجامعة
كانت بأكملها ضدي، وهو ما يمكن وصفه بأنه أبشع السيناريوهات
التي حدثت فيها أعمال التمييز رغم أنني حصلت على درجة
الأستاذية الكاملة رغم أنف الجميع. رغم هذا انتهى بي الأمر إلى
وقوعي في مشاكل كبيرة، مثل فقدان صحتي وكل مدخراتي، وتلي
ذلك ديون كثيرة غرقت فيها.
وفي عام 2010، قررت الحصول على إجازة تفرغ، وانتهى بي الأمر
بالحصول عليها في جامعة الملك سعود. وللأسف يستمر مسلسل
الظلم الجماعي ضدي إلى الآن حتى أثناء إجازتي.

المديرين والموظفين، ومن التنظيم الشخصي للجامعة بالتعاون مع
العديد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين المختلفين في الجامعة.
بدأت مأساتي في يناير 2017 واستمرت حتى أغسطس 2022. قام
العديد من المسؤولين الفاسدين (نواب الرئيس، ونواب الرئيس
المساعدين، والمديرين)، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والرؤساء،
والعمداء، والموظفين في جامعة ولاية سان خوسيه بالمشاركة في
العديد من الحالات المسيئة وظلموني. وإليكم مثالا مختصراً عن
الظلم الذي طالني:
قام المدير الأول في جامعة سان خوسيه، وموظفو الجامعة، وخدمات
أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والقاضي الفاسد بتشكيل محكمة،
واقترحت مقابلته. ومع ذلك، رفض مقابلتي وطلب مني الإجابة على
الأسئلة عبر الهاتف. لقد فعلت ما طلبه لكنه كتب تقريرا خاطئا
ليس فيه أي من إجاباتي، فحكم علي حسب هواه. لقد أرسل تقريره
الملفق عبر البريد الإلكتروني، فأخبرته أنه لا علاقة لي بهذا
التقرير غير الدقيق. لقد أرسلت له تصحيحات، لكنه لم يأخذها
بعين الاعتبار. وأدى تقريره إلى إيقافي عن العمل في فصل خريف
2021، بالضبط من أغسطس إلى ديسمبر 2021. وعندما عدت إلى
الجامعة، لم أستلم راتبي حتى مارس 2022.

عائقا أمام كل ما يتعلق بتدريسي وأنشطتي البحثية ومسيرتي
المهنية. ونتيجة لذلك، توقف نشاطي البحثي تمامًا. لقد هددوا
طلابي وتلاعبوا بسلوكهم لتدمير حياتهم المهنية. لقد كانت
سلوكياتهم الكارثية ضدي بمثابة القتل البطيء لإمكانياتي

داخل جامعة ولاية سان خوسيه، وخاصة قسم هندسة الحاسوب،
والذي يقوم به عمداء كلية الهندسة، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس،
والموظفين وبعض الطلاب الفاشلين دراسيا. ولقد زاد هذا الظلم ووصل
إلى ذروته بداية من ربيع 2017 إلى خريف 2018. ومن مظاهر هذا
الظلم: فرض القواعد واللوائح القاسية والدعم المنخفض
والمشروط، حيث لا يوجد دعم مالي للطلاب، ولا يوجد دعم للبحث
أو الأنشطة الإضافية، ولا توجد نقاط إشرافية من عام 2002 حتى
الوقت الحاضر، وعدم اللقاء مع الطلاب خارج الساعتين
المكتبيتين مرتين أسبوعياً. ناهيك عن اتهامي بالتغيب عن
المحاضرات بشكل متكرر علما بأنني لم أتغيب عن أي حصة
دراسية، باستثناء فترة ذهابي إلى المستشفى أثناء وقت الدراسة
(وهو أمر نادر جدا)، وعند عودتي أقوم بتعويض الطلاب بمحاضرات
إضافية أيام السبت في معظم الأسابيع خلال الفصل الدراسي،
بالإضافة إلى دس عدد من الطلاب الذين يقومون بالتجسس علي في
جميع فصولي.

يتناول هذا المجلد مأساة حقيقية حلت بي. لقد كنت أعاني
من حالات مختلفة من الظلم الجماعي. هذا هو الإيقاف الخامس
لي بدءًا من سبتمبر 2022 وحتى 1 أكتوبر 2023. ومنذ ذلك
الحين وأنا أعيش منذ ما يقرب من عام بدون راتبي. علاوة على
ذلك، قامت العديد من المنظمات بسرقة أموالي ومستمرة
حتى الآن. لقد حرمت من جميع المزايا التي تحصلت عليها
كأستاذ، ومواطن كبير في السن، وحُرمت من تأميني الصحي
المناسب. كل الأموال المسموح بها لي هي من تقاعدي
الحكومي الفيدرالي، وهو ما يعادل إيجار شقتي. هذا بالإضافة
إلى الفخاخ التي دبرتها لي زوجتي السابقة بمساعدة عائلتها.
ناهيك عن المطالب غير المعقولة لاثنين من أبنائي .

يحتوي هذا الكتاب عن نماذج من أشكال الفساد في جامعة ولاية
سان خوسيه فالعديد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين والطلاب
فاسدون ومتورطون في العديد من أشكال الظلم الجماعي.
ولقد قمت بتسجيل العديد من حالات الفساد منذ عام 2008 وحتى
الوقت الحاضر. فالفساد هو شكل من أشكال خيانة الأمانة وإساءة
استخدام السلطة أو المنصب للحصول على فوائد أو مزايا. فالفاسدون
يلعبون أدوارًا لا علاقة لها بمناصبهم أو سلطاتهم. وهذا قد سبب لي
العديد من المشاكل النفسية والمادية والصحية. لهذا لابد من
مراجعة جميع ملفات كلية هندسة الحاسوب وبعض المناصب
الإدارية بجامعة ولاية سان خوسيه بين عامي 2006 و2008
وكتابة عدة تقارير عن بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتقديمها
للقضاء العادل للفصل فيها. علاوة على ذلك فقد زاد عدد أفراد إدارة
جامعة سان خوسيه بأكثر من ٪300 منذ عام 2002، بينما تم
تخفيض أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأكثر من ٪200، مع زيادة نسبة
عدد الطلاب لكل كلية. لذلك خلصت إلى النتيجة التالية: أنه لا
يوجد علماء فعليون في جامعة ولاية سان خوسيه، بل مخادعون وهم
الأخطر على المجتمع وعلي عقول البشر. فهل يا تري سيأتي اليوم
الذي يمحي فيه هذا الفساد لينهض المجتمع وتعود الحقوق إلي
أصحابها.

يتناول هذا الكتاب نماذج من الممارسات السيئة من قبل جامعة ولاية سان خوسيه
ضدي. سأوجز بعضها في السطور التالية. ففي نهاية شهر نوفمبر 2021، تلقيت طلبًا
من الجامعة باختيار ست مناهج جديدة لأقوم بتدريسها لثلاثة صفوف. وعندما
اعترضت وقلت إنني بحاجة إلى تدريس المناهج التي اعتدت تدريسها لأكثر من 20
عامًا، قاموا بمضايقتي. استغرق الأمر مني شهرًا للحصول على الموافقة علي تدريس
المناهج التي كنت أرغب في تدريسها. والغريب أنني حينما طلبت منهم نشر اسمي
على هذه المناهج لم يستجيبوا لطلبي، بل أنهم لم يقوموا بنشر مناهجي علي
الإطلاق، وانتهى بي الأمر بعمل دورات دراسية فارغة، حيث قمت بتدريس دورتين
جامعيتين ودورة دراسات عليا واحدة مع ثلاثة طلاب، وهو أمر غير مسموح به بموجب
أي قواعد في الجامعة. واكتشفت بعدها أن معظم الطلاب الجامعيين لم يكونوا
مستعدين بشكل جيد للدورة التي أدرسها وأن معظم الطلاب كانوا يتصرفون بشكل
غريب للغاية. والأدهى من ذلك أن بعضهم كانوا مجندين كجواسيس حقيقيين
ويتصرفون بلا احترام تجاهي. وحين ضبطت بعض الطلاب وهم يقومون بالغش مع
توافر الأدلة على ذلك، قام العميد والرئيس بالتستر علي هؤلاء الطلاب الغشاشين.
وحينما أجريت الاختبار النهائي، وحصلت على الإجابات من الطلاب، تفاجأت بمدى
دنو مستوي الطلاب العلمي. أنا أعرف كيف يتم تقييم الطلاب في هذه الجامعة، ولن
أتفاجأ إذا نجحوا جميعًا في الفصل الدراس.
وبعد أن انتهت الامتحانات، فوجئت بأن وصلتني من الجامعة رسالة ايقافي الرابعة عن
العمل، حيث لا يوجد راتب لشهر أغسطس 2021، مع العلم أنني استلمت نصف راتبي
في منتصف عام 2018، والنصف الآخر ذهب لزوجتي السابقة، بعدها حصلت على
الإيقاف الخامس في سبتمبر 2022 دون تعويض لمدة عام.

الخاص بي من قبل جامعة ولاية سان خوسيه، وحرماني من الكثير
من المزايا التي يحق لي الحصول عليها والاسهامات العلمية التي
يمكن أن أقوم بها، تم رفض ذلك كله بطريقة سيئة يشوبها
القسوة والإجحاف. فمن حقي الحصول على تأمين العمل من (EDD
قسم تطوير التوظيف)، الذي تم استقطاعه من راتبي خلال سنوات
عملي العديدة. لقد قدمت ثلاث طلبات للحصول على تعويض لمدة
عامين وشهر حصلت عليه منذ بضعة أشهر وتوقفت دون سبب. لقد

أيضا من الرعاية الطبية حيث يحق لي الحصول على رعاية صحية

علي أن أقوم بدفع تكلفة زيارات الطبيب ودفع ثمن الأدوية أيضا.
تم حرماني أيضا من العديد من وسائل الدعم المختلفة والخدمات
المجانية.

يشمل هذا الكتاب على العديد من الأمثلة على الظلم الجماعي الذي
تعرضت له من قبل جامعة سان خوسيه، حيث حرموني من كل ما يخصني
كأستاذ جامعي متفرغ. لقد سرقوا مني منصبي (من خريف 2008 إلى
الوقت الحاضر) لأنني كنت معزولاً عن القسم والكلية والجامعة. علاوة
على ذلك، فقد عاملوني كشخص غير مرغوب فيه. ومما زاد الطين بلة
أنهم لم يدفعوا لي مستحقاتي المالية والوظيفية حيث قمت بحساب
المبالغ التي سُرقت مني دون وجه حق (أكثر من 200 ألف دولار). هذا
بالإضافة إلى حقوقي المسروقة في المعاش الوظيفي. علاوة على ذلك،
حرموني من الدعم الذي أستحقه، مثل المساعدة في التدريس،
والمطبوعات، والسفر، وغيرها من الخدمات. حتى أنهم منعوني من تقديم
التغذية الراجعة لطلابي. كما قاموا بتعيين جواسيس على من الطلاب
وأساتذة الجامعات. وهذا يعد أحد أشكال الفساد العديدة بين أعضاء
هيئة التدريس والموظفين والطلاب الفاسدين في كاليفورنيا. هذا غيض
من فيض. ونتيجة لذلك فقد قتلوني أكاديمياً ومادياً، ونفسياً، وجسدياً،
ومعنوياً. والطريف أن كل من آذاني نال جائزة على سلوكه الشيطاني. من
الغريب أن نرى هذا السلوك في أعظم دولة على وجه الأرض ألا وهي
الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

أفتقدهم كثيرا وأحبهم حبا جما، لا تبعدوا عني وتتركوني
وحيدا، فحياتي بدونكم حياة بائسة ضائعة. يجب عليكم
زيارتي وأنا في هذا السن المتقدم، فأنا بحاجة إليكم تقفوا
إلى جواري، وتذكروا دائما أني أحبكم. وأوجه أيضا رسالة
إلى أفراد عائلتي (الإخوة والأخوات، والأقارب الآخرين)
وأصدقائي الأعزاء وطلابي المخلصين، لن أستسلم أبدا سوف
استمر في النضال والجهاد مع الصعاب. الفشل ليس خيارا
بالنسبة لي، سوف اجاهد بمفردي وسوف اعتمد علي الله
ونفسي على الاستمرار في هذا الطريق، طريق الأشواك، فإما
أن أنتصر بعون الله وإما أن أموت عزيزا ورأسي إلى العلياء.

سوء خدمات الإنترنت والهاتف
يحتوي الكتاب على عدة أمثلة للظلم الجماعي للعديد من المؤسسات، مثل
خدمات الإنترنت والهاتف مثل Verizon وAT&T وComcast وخدمات Google
في البريد الإلكتروني وAdSense. وفيما يلي بعض الأمثلة على ظلمهم
الجماعي:
1 - شركة Verizon للاتصالات:
الشركة لا تفي بالتزاماتها. فهي لا تدين لي بالكثير من المال فحسب، بل
تسبب لي الكثير من الضرر أيضا. ولذلك أوقفت تعاملي مع هذه الشركة،
لكنها لا تزال تسحب الأموال من حسابي في شركة Wells Fargo، والتي لا
تزال تدفع لها مدفوعات الأشهر الثلاثة الماضية.
2 - شركة Comcast
هذه الشركة منعت تقديم خدمات الهاتف لي منذ أكثر من ثلاثة أشهر.
لقد أجبرني ذلك على دفع أموال باهظة ل .Xfinity علاوة على ذلك، فقد
أدرجت ملاحظات سيئة عني لمكاتب الائتمان.
3 - خدمات جوجل للبريد الإلكتروني و AdSense
لقد أخذوا مني الكثير من المال مقابل خدمات أمان سيئة. علاوة على
ذلك، فقد تسببوا في أضرار جسيمة لجميع مواقع الويب وأنظمة البريد
الإلكتروني الخاصة بي. لقد كلفني هذا الكثير من الوقت والمال
لإصلاحه. يدين لي برنامج AdSense بمبلغ كبير من المال كدخل من
قناتي على YouTube ويمنعني من الاستمرار في ممارسة نشاطي التجاري
على YouTube لسنوات.

الخبرة الذين لا يقومون بأدوارهم المنوطة بهم كما ينبغي، وبعض نماذج من
الفساد في المعاملات التجارية. ويشمل هذا الجزء أيضا على نماذج من الظلم
الجماعي ضدي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، من المعاملات الغير
قانونية، مثل حرماني لأكثر من عام ونصف من التدريس في الجامعة وإيقاف
راتبي، واضطهادي وعدم الاعتراف بمكانتي العلمية رغم ما أقوم به من
ابتكارات لعلوم لم تكن موجودة من قبل، وذلك لخدمة البشرية جمعاء.
ونحن كفريق عمل نعمل دون توقف منذ أكثر من 18 شهر، والرواتب للتي
أدفعها مازالت مستمرة دون توقف، وخلال هذه الفترة أضرت بنا العديد من
الشركات مثل شركات الويب (AWS ،WordPress، وNamecheap
)والهواتف المحمولة ( T-Mobile، وAT&T، وVerizon،)ومكاتب الائتمان،
والمؤسسات المالية(Wells Fargo) وجميع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي(
AMZ Publishing)وشركات النشر (YouTubeو Facebookو LinkedIn
Pros.) وآخرون.
لقد عملت أنا وفريقي بجد، وقدمنا كل ما هو مطلوب من أجل التجديد
والإصلاح، ودفعنا الأمل في نشر الكتب لجميع المؤلفين في غضون ثلاثة
اشهر.
واليوم أعتزم على إعادة كل هذه القضايا إلى مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي
FBI وتكليف محام خاص ممتاز للدفاع عني.

في أي قانون في العالم توجد هذه الحالة، أن يحصل شخص ما على حقه
القانوني في نفس القضية مرتين في دولتين مختلفتين؟ هل هذا هو العدل
الذي ننشده في ساحات عدلكم الموقرة؟ هذا ما حدث بالفعل معي.
سأعرض عليكم في هذه الأسطر القليلة قضيتي لعلكم تدركون حجم
مأساتي ومدي معاناتي في قضية هي أغرب من الخيال نفسه. وتتلخص
قضيتي في أن طليقتي حصلت على حقوقها القانونية مني بعد الطلاق
أمام القضاء المصري وفقا للقانون المصري والشريعة الإسلامية، ولا عيب
في ذلك لأن هذا هو حقها الشرعي وأنا مقربه ولكن أن تقوم بأخذ نفس
الحقوق في ذات القضية أمام القضاء الأمريكي العادل، فهذا عبث لا
معني له، ولا أجد له أي كلمة تصفه في كل قواميس العالم إلا أنه
منتهي الظلم في أبشع صوره؟ أي قانون يقر هذا؟ هل يعقل أن يعاقب شخص
على جرم ارتكبه مرتين أمام القضاء في بلدين مختلفين؟ هل هذا حقا
موجود في أي بند من بنود القانون؟ أظن أن هذا لا يوجد إلا في قانون
الغاب. كيف لطليقتي أن تحصل على حقوقها مرتين وكيف لي أن أعاقب
وأغرم من مالي مرتين في نفس القضية؟ يا جهابذة القانون أفيدوني في
هذا الأمر؟ هل ليس لي حق أن أسترد حقوقي المسلوبة مني وأرفع الظلم
الجماعي عني؟ ولماذا محكمة الأسرة في سانتا كلارا تعاملني هذه
المعاملة السيئة كأنني مجرم؟ أجبوني فلقد سئمت الصمت الطويل كما
تجرعت الظلم الجماعي ردحا من الزمان.

لم أكن أعرف الطريق إلى المحاكم، أو المكاتب القانونية، أو المحامين، أو
المساعدين القانونيين قبل الزواج من زوجتي السابقة. بعدها واجهت الظلم في
محاكم الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومصر. لقد تزوجت، ولكني فشلت بعد أن
اكتشفت الفارق
لم أكن أعرف الطريق إلى المحاكم، أو المكاتب القانونية، أو المحامين، أو
المساعدين القانونيين قبل الزواج من زوجتي السابقة. بعدها واجهت الظلم في
محاكم الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومصر. لقد تزوجت، ولكني فشلت بعد أن
اكتشفت الفارق الاجتماعي والعلمي بيني وبين زوجتي. نتيجة ذلك رفعت مطلقتي
دعوى قضائية في المحاكم المصرية للمطالبة بمستحقاتها وفقا للشريعة المصرية

ذلك، فقد رفعت دعوى قضائية أمام المحكمة الأمريكية في كاليفورنيا
للمطالبة بنفس حقوقها كمطلقة وفقا لقانون الولاية. ولذلك حصلت على حقوقها
مرتين، وهو ما يخالف كافة القواعد والقوانين الدولية والمحلية التي ترفض منح
الحق مرتين. ونتيجة لذلك، عانيت من كل أنواع الظلم الجماعي البغيض من سعادة
القاضي، وجميع المحامين في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية (8) ومصر (5)،
والمساعدين القانونيين.

والقبيحة التي سلڪها ضدي أسرة طليقتي قبل الطلاق وبعده
بالتعاون مع أصدقاء السوء لكي يشنوا الحرب ضدي وينشروا
حقدهم وكيدهم وخبثهم في كل مكان لدرجة أن هذا
الكيد قد طال الأبرياء بشكل سافر. لقد تحالفت شياطين
جهنم مع أسرة طليقتي كي يبتزوني وينهبوا كل ثرواتي ويؤذون
كل من كان له صله بي بالتهديد بالقتل أو الملاحقة أو غير
ذلك من أساليب الشر والخداع. ولم يكتفوا بذلك، بل عملوا
على زرع الكراهية في نفوس أطفالي لينقلبوا ضدي ويقفوا في
وجهي كأعداء-أطفالي الذين هم ثروتي الحقيقية والتي ضاعت
مني بسببهم. لقد تعاونت زوجتي السابقة مع شقيقيها وأصدقائها
في مصر وأمريكا وبالاستعانة بمحامين وموظفين فاسدين من
محكمة الأسرة بالقيام بسلوكيات غير متوقعة وسيئة تجاهي
وتجاه الآخرين. علي سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الشتائم والاتهامات
الخبيثة والادعاءات الكاذبة والشهود المزيفين والمستأجرين
الذين كانوا يلاحقونني في المحكمة وابتزاز أفراد وعائلات
أبرياء، تسببوا لهم في الكثير من الإيذاء والفضائح، وهم في
الحقيقة لا علاقة لهم بمشاكلي أو بطلاقي من قريب أو بعيد.
فهل هؤلاء ينسبون إلي البشر أم إلي سكان الغاب؟

يحتوي هذا الكتاب على كل الأدلة التي تم جمعها على مدى سنوات
عديدة والتي تظهر الظلم الجماعي لمعظم مواقع الاستشهادات العلمية.
منذ بداية مسيرتي المهنية كطالب ومحترف، اهتممت بمواقع
الاستشهادات مثل ،Google Scholar، ResearchGate، ACM، Academia
IEEE وغيرها. ومع ذلك، فقد ثبت لي أن جميع هذه المواقع الاستشهادية
غير موثوق بها. ولذلك، فأنا فقدت اهتمامي بها. وأسباب ذلك هي:
- ببساطة شديدة لقد اختفت بعض الاقتباسات في أوراق أبحاثي، وأعتقد أن
حالتي ليست فريدة من نوعها في هذا الشأن؛ فهي تقوم بإخفاء معلومات حول
منشوراتي.
- بعض المواقع الاستشهادية العلمية متحيزة؛ إنهم يروجون لبعض الأشخاص
لكنهم يتجاهلون الآخرين.
- تجعلني عمدا غير مرئي في محرك البحث.
- معظمها غريبة لأنها تحاصر منشوراتي بينما تروج للآخرين.
- يرتكبون أخطاء قد تكلف المؤلفين الغالي والنفيس للنشر وإجراء
البحوث.
وهذه العيوب هي غيض من فيض ويجب إصلاحها. وإذا لم يتم إصلاحها فإنها
ستلحق ضرراً كبيراً بالمؤلفين والباحثين. ستجعلهم هذه المواقع محبطين
للغاية لدرجة أن الباحثين قد يتركونها جميعًا.

مشاركا للاتصالات في مجلة ACM Flagship ورئيسًا لتحرير
مطبعة IEEE Computer Society Press العملية. لقد عرضت
اختراعاتي وابتكاراتي في أعمدة "التفكير" والموضوعية" في
CACM وساعدت في حل العديد من المشكلات والقضايا مع

The novel takes place in the city of Chicago when the Egyptian Egyptologist Dr. Hassan Abdul-Rahman is chosen to be among the American mission entrusted with the discovery of the Pharaonic monuments in Qurna Mountain in Upper Egypt, that dream for which he lived to decipher the mystery of the message he inherited from his grandfather, the chief Abdul-Fattah Harb, one of Howard Carter’s assistants, who discovered the Pharaoh Tutankhamun’s tomb. That message has included a call from the Pharaoh Akhnattun to his daughter, Tutankhamun’s wife, to return to the homeland and support the father against the oppression of Amun’s priests. Dr. Hassan returns to his hometown of Qurna, after an absence of decades, to search for evidence that confirms his research on the origin of Satanism. The conflict develops, and the times overlap between the abyssal past and the living present, in many places among Cairo, Luxor, and Chicago. He revealed its hidden part, challenging the problems of ignorance, superstition, and the dominance of tribalism and money, with the help of Qurna’s conscious youth. However, the forces of evil were on the lookout for him, when they prepared in Chicago to get rid of him in his homeland's heart.
Delusion by Medhat Shanan
Delusion novel is a literary text characterized by the artistic awareness of the vast word of the novel. The writer was skilled at holding over the events' threads with mastery, grace and suspense. He also drew the characters with honesty and proficiency. They, therefore, were compatible with people in real life .The language he used reflected his ability to be flexible when it comes to narration that was fluent, thus representing a literary masterpiece and proving a capability of describing and drawing the details of setting as well as those of human nature and contradictions of life and environment. Also, dialogues were written in vernacular to be more authentic and realistic. Although the novel talks about the adventure of a young lawyer to solve a crime of which his colleague was accused, its events carried intertwined threads that wove the ordeal of a home country because of corrupt people in it, which led to deterioration and decline in all their forms. It is also pregnant with symbols which made characters and events into an objective equation with life. Even Nahla ,the heroine of the story that was about to lose her way in the midst of storms of conspiracies forever, is but mother country that is on the edge of an abyss ,still surrounded by perils. This literary work, which is the writer’s first published book, is worth reading and studying for the suspense, pleasure and beauty it is filled with.
Different Flavors-short stories by Lamia Nouira Boukil
This book weaves texts that form in her imagination, and she reconciles with her wasted time in the kitchen and delves into the number of floors, foods, and tastes. Any resemblance to actual people (living or dead), places, or events in our time is purely coincidental. Everything goes towards destruction, and nothing remains but a trace. And the effect on authorship is writing, the "eternal herb" that may not change the world but carries the world's voice and its conscience. The writer, Lamia Nouira Boukil, has three collections of stories, most characterized by realism. She said: "The author is first and foremost the son of his era, his society, and his local and universal affiliation." In 2018, the author published the first collection of forty-five texts, entitled "Travel in the Fist of the Hand." And a second, published in 2020, includes twelve stories and is titled "The Village of Botero. Al-Qassasa won two Arab awards for her short story, and she has writings for children under review and a novel for young people underwriting. She also continues to write short stories and publish them in paper newspapers and electronic magazines. The writer picked up her stories with their events and personalities and enabled them from the road and places of public life, and those around her, whether women, men, or children, simple and distressed, from those who resemble her and share with her anxiety and disappointment, worry and dream, hope and longing, who struggle with the requirements of life, and the brunt of social, economic and political changes. And with all that hope for a better tomorrow and longing for a more beautiful world with justice and room for happiness and dreams. The author's stories are also full of interest in the animal, which has been man's partner and companion since the beginning of creation. There is also a celebration of places and times just like people and between the folds of all that emerge ideas that are usually characterized by their human, philosophical, and existential dimension, and explicit references to the arts and their constant involvement in human issues along with The beauty and profound effect it has achieved on the souls of those who taste it. The stories of the writer, Lamia Nouira Bukil, are not political. Still, they are not isolated from politics, whose variables cast a shadow over all aspects of life and the conditions of peoples, nor are they isolated from the world in which technology becomes savage, so life became savage, and its alienation increased in it, and this is what prompted the author - as she says - To alleviate the burden of this reality by giving its stories rooted in its soil, a dose of imagination and suspense, wit, exoticism, and unrealism, and to inspire a growing and extended spirit in its local roots to touch the wider world. The stories may appear in a first reading of a local matter. Still, a deep and insightful reading soon reveals that they are full of the spirit of universality and belonging to man wherever he is, bearing his voice, concern, and dream relentlessly. For that, "love in him and believe in him, the author dedicates her writings to him."

A novel about real life, it deals with and explores the causes and the motives of the honor crime, which is still common in many Eastern countries. Although this crime is concealed by religion, its main motives are social and primarily tribal. The novel is characterized by the fact that the suffering symptoms of the victim were under the supervision of psychiatrists, and the treatment and the way the medical body dealt with the case were also under the supervision of psychiatrists. The novel's events and, its few characters are intertwined knots that evoke the past, sometimes to build and others to destroy. We also find a conflict between an enlightened thought and another clinging to the past without taking into account the age, which is usually a mask that we do not know what is hidden around it. The novel tells of a woman suffering who was subjected to attempted rape, forcing her to flee to the West to escape murder. The successive events in the West were not more merciful because of certain circumstances that returned violently to the victim the pain of the experience. The violent psychological struggle of the protagonists sinks far into the structure of a society that embraces the idea of honor killing. The experience of the novel gives the victims real hope for a less cruel life and opens doors to launch into a new future.
The Dikkah Board of Directors by Dr. Ahmed Salah Kamel
Under the mulberry tree on the edge of our Badanjani village, the mayor, Shakhbout Al-Mahi, established a Dikka to sit on in the afternoon. But as his engagements increased, he no longer had the time to sit on it, which led to all the villagers vying for the honor and prestige of sitting on it. This competition sparked major disputes between families and clans, nearly igniting the village. Shakhbout considered burning down the Dikka to rid himself of the headache. Still, the wise elders cautioned him against this, warning that it would open the door for every family to put up their own Dikka instead of the one that was burned, leading to an even bigger conflict. So Shakhbout backed down from his idea and declared the Dikka as public property, where everyone would be equal in rights and duties. But he realized the need for a wise administration to manage it somewhat. Shakhbout hastily wanted to appoint a board to manage the Dikka, but the wise men advised against this, fearing public rejection of his choices due to potential accusations of favoritism. The rational minds around Shakhbout suggested holding free elections to choose a management board for the Dikka, with judicial oversight. The elected board members took pride in their positions, even getting personal cards printed, and they appointed guards to watch over the Dikka. Due to the high demand for seats on the Dikka, the board decided to hire staff to receive and register requests while also accommodating Shakhbout's desire to sit on the Dikka and the requests of visiting delegations. Oppositional movements emerged to monitor the board's actions, and online pages warned of the dangers of extending the current board's term, as this posed a grave threat to the Dikka and the entire Badanjani village. Egyptian and foreign media outlets broadcast distressing news about the deterioration of the Dikka, its flooding from the canal waters, hinting at its impending demise. The mayor's close associates reported his astonishment, emaciation, and remorse that even led him to slap his face. It was said that one of the Dikka's guards reached retirement age, but the administrative authorities refused to give him a pension, as his work was considered semi-official. Surprisingly, this experiment spread and was embraced by other villages and hamlets as a model to emulate. Ultimately, the Dikka and its management board led the village into momentous events, the details of which are elaborated within the novel.
