SJSU: The Continuous Nightmare
San Jose University professors’ neglect, discrimination, and
ugly behavior toward me and my students have caused me a
lot of trouble, pain, and discomfort. I knew from the start
that I was persona non grata. Although I tried to search for a
similar position, my advanced age represented my biggest ob-
stacle. I had several interviews at more than ten universities
for a full-time job from 2010 to 2016. At the beginning of 2016,
my heart started to have health problems because they mis-
treated me. Still, with determination, I continued to work
and provide feedback to students within and outside the uni-
versity.
Meanwhile, I visited hospitals and emergency rooms on week-
ends when needed. A week before the semester’s final exam,
Stanford University suggested that I stay in the hospital for
some tests. During this period, I prepared the exam for the stu-
dents and sent it ready for distribution at the time of the
exam. Then, I had a heart transplant and ended up in the hos-
pital. Despite this, I was not supported financially or morally
by the university for the proposed period of recovery. In addi-
tion, the heinous collective injustice against me has contin-
ued until now.

Assigned Role.
At SJSU, many professors, lecturers, and leading authorities
hatched conspiracies and fabricated unfounded accusations
against me, infringing on my financial and professional
rights. They could destroy my scientific reputation. They
used to deal badly with me without justification. Moreover,
the California Faculty Members Association joined hands
with the university administration to demote and defame me.
They did not provide me with any material or moral support.
I still wonder why they used to act against me. The book con-
tains instances of collective injustice to show that CFA works
for the university administration, not for their members, in
the following items:
(1) No justice exists within the CFA
(2) CFA plays evil roles
(3) The CFA's bylaws are cheap propaganda.
(4) Most CFAs weaken education in California.

The first six months of living in the apartment were passed peacefully with-
out any disturbances. However, after a while, I faced many problems when I
moved to a new apartment. I met issues with the apartment owner due to
negligence and delays in maintenance dates, which led to huge losses and
damage to my stock of food inside the freezer for more than three months,
which increased my financial burden. Moreover, the people there could have
been more cooperative. They refused to carry my things or purchases into
the apartment because it was on the second floor. Not to mention the racist
behavior against me in emails and correspondence, as if there was an organi-
zation or paid people behind it.
To make matters worse, they sent me a petition from their attorney demand-
ing 420$ in fees, which I had nothing to do with. I called my attorney for
twenty minutes of legal advice over the phone for 110$. He advised me to pay
the amount and that there was no need for problems because I would not be
able to buy or rent a house if I did not pay. The amount has now reached one
thousand dollars, in addition to the losses resulting from neglect of mainte-
nance, estimated at five hundred dollars. It cost me over 1200$. The apart-
ment rent is about three thousand dollars per month. You paid it on time. I
have the case number filed against them at the police station because the
apartment affected my health. Moreover, I asked them to repair it at my own
expense. Still, they refused, and no one listened to me, so I decided to leave
this place if I received all my dues in total and had an official certificate from
them guaranteeing my residence in an apartment unsuitable for human
living.

For several years, I have been trying hard to ward off collective
injustice in my arena the injustice of many people and institu-
tions, which is countless. I found no one to help me except God,
Lord of the worlds. So I told myself to approach the government
and its institutions, the judiciary, and lawyers, seeking help
from all of them. Here, I present to them my petitions, letters,
and valid evidence so that I may find among them someone who
will be fair to me and remove the yoke of injustice from me. It cost
me great effort, precious time, and much money, in addition to
burning my nerves and deteriorating my health. My lack of re-
sources hardly covered my daily living needs or my medical and
health requirements, which prompted me to drown in many
debts that exhausted me. In addition, they mistreated me when I
demanded my legal rights in all my transactions and entitle-
ments as an elderly American citizen with special needs, but no
one listened or cared. It is the first volume among more than thir-
ty-five volumes, containing between its covers all the evidence of
letters and petitions showing fraud against my person, which
had a disastrous effect on my work, my health, and my entire life,
and my responses to all of that with irrefutable evidence

I am an American of Egyptian descent, a university professor, scientist, and founder of some new sciences. I am 72 years old, a resident of San Jose, and a lover of all humanity. However, my company and I have long suffered from collective injustices from most people and organizations I deal with. I am facing disastrous problems and severe obstacles in my work and private life, as if this is an intentional thing and a systematic campaign against me and all the innovators and their companies in Egypt, America, and the Arab countries in general. People, communities, and organizations must unite worldwide to do good and help those in need. However, unfortunately, many people and man y governmental and civil organizations join and gather to do me wrong as if they find pleasure in it, whether in the USA or Egypt, as if they were enjoying my pain, getting high while sipping from my flowing blood in full cups, and eating at the table of my tragedy as if only they were at their last supper. It seems that these problems I suffer from also affect all startups and their founders, as injustice has spread, justice is missing, conscience is dead, and morals are lost. If all these abuses are against me only, then I reluctantly accept them. However, suppose they extend to affect the human community as a whole. In that case, we must stand up and combat this injustice and resist the hateful racism that destroyed the dreams of millions of people, including me. Should we, as a human society, wait for the advent of another Martin Luther King, waging wars to end racism and injustice to all human beings? In Your Hands is a book from a series that depicts my tragedy and personal experience. I deposited my grievances between its covers to be read by every person with a lively conscience, an enlightened mind, and a heart that beats with truth and goodness. This is to relieve me of the injustice that has befallen me and restore some of my lost rights. أنا مواطن أمريكي من أصل مصري، أستاذ جامعي، عالم ومؤسس لعلوم جديدة،
بلغت من العمر 72 عامًا وأقيم في سان خوسيه، ومحب للبشرية جمعاء، ولكني
أعاني أنا وشركتي من زمن طويل من كل أنواع الظلم الجماعي من معظم
الأشخاص و المنظمات التي أتعامل معها، حيث أنني أواجه مشاكل كارثية
وعقبات كؤود في عملي وحياتي الخاصة وكأن هذا شيئا مقصودا وحملة
ممنهجة ضدي وضد كل المبتكرين وشركاتهم في مصر بشكل خاص و في
أمريكا والدول العربية بشكل عام. في حين أنه في جميع أنحاء العالم، يجب أن
يتحد الناس والمجتمعات والمنظمات لفعل الخير ومساعدة المحتاجين. ومع ذلك،
وللأسف الشديد يتكاتف الكثير الناس والعديد من المنظمات الحكومية
والمدنية ويتزاحمون على ظلمي وكأنهم يجدون متعة في ذلك سواء في الولايات
المتحدة الأمريكية أو في مصر. كما لو كانوا يستمتعون بألمي وينتشون وهم
يشربون من دمي المتدفق كؤوسا متجرعة، ويأكلون على مائدة مأساتي كما لو
كانوا في عشاءهم الأخير
ويبدو أن هذه المشاكل التي أعاني منها تعاني منها أيضا كل الشركات الناشئة
ومؤسسوها. حيث انتشر الظلم، وغابت العدالة، ومات الضمير، وضاعت الأخلاق.
إذا كانت كل هذه الإساءات ضدي فقط، فأنا أقبلها على مضض، ولكن إذا امتدت
لتمس المجتمع الإنساني ككل، فلابد من وقفة للتصدي ومكافحة هذا الظلم
ومقاومة تيار العنصرية البغيضة التي قضت علي أحلام الملايين من البشر وأنا من
بينهم .هل يجب علي أن أنتظر قدوم مارتن لوثر كينج آخر، يشن الحروب من أجل
إنهاء تلك العنصرية والظلم الواقع علي كل بني الإنسان؟

لعدة سنوات وأنا أحاول جاهدًا درء ظلم جماعي لا حصر له عن
ساحتي، ظلم وقع على من الناس والمؤسسات ولم أجد أمامي من
يعاونني غير الله رب العالمين، فحدثتني نفسي أن أتقدم إلى
الحكومة ومؤسساتها العادلة وقضائها العادل ومحاميها، أستنجد بهم
جميعا، وأقدم لهم التماسات ورسائل وأدلة صحيحة لعلي أجد من
بينهم من ينصفني ويرفع نير الظلم عني. وقد كلفني ذلك مجهودا
كبيرا ووقتا ثمينا ومالا عظيما، فضلا عن حرق أعصابي وتدهور
صحتي، وقلة مواردي التي لا تكاد أن تغطي احتياجات معيشتي
اليومية أو مستلزماتي الطبية والصحية، مما دفعني لأن أغرق في ديون
كثيرة أرهقتني، أضف إلى ذلك سوء معاملتي عند مطالبتي بحقوقي
القانونية في كل معاملاتي ومستحقاتي كمواطن أمريكي مسن، من
.ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي

ومرت الأشهر الستة الأولى من العيش في الشقة بسلام دون أي اضطرابات.
ومع ذلك، بعد فترة، واجهت مشاكل عديدة عندما انتقلت إلى شقة جديدة.
واجهت مشاكل مع مالك الشقة بسبب الإهمال والتأخير في مواعيد الصيانة
مما أدى إلى خسائر فادحة وتلف مخزوني من الطعام الموجود داخل الفريزر
لمدة تزيد عن ثلاثة أشهر، مما زاد العبء المالي علي. علاوة على ذلك، لم

علاقة بها. لقد اتصلت بمحامي الخاص للحصول على المشورة القانونية عبر
الهاتف لمدة عشرين دقيقة مقابل 110 دولارات. ونصحني بدفع المبلغ وأنه لا
داعي للمشاكل لأنني لن أتمكن من شراء أو استئجار منزل إذا لم أدفع. وقد
وصل المبلغ الآن إلى ألف دولار، إضافة إلى الخسائر الناجمة عن إهمال
الصيانة والتي تقدر بخمسمائة دولار. لقد كلفني ذلك ما يزيد عن 1200
دولار. ويبلغ إيجار الشقة حوالي ثلاثة آلاف دولار شهريا. قمت بدفعه في
الوقت المحدد. في حوزتي رقم القضية المرفوعة ضدهم في مركز الشرطة
لأن الشقة أثرت على صحتي. علاوة على ذلڪ، طلبت منهم إصلاحها على
نفقتي الخاصة، لكنهم رفضوا، ولم يستمع لي أحد، لذلك قررت أن أغادر
هذا المكان في حالة حصولي على جميع مستحقاتي كاملة، وعلى شهادة
رسمية منهم تضمن إقامتي في مكان لا يصلح للعيش الآدمي.
