At SJSU, many professors, lecturers, and leading authorities
hatched conspiracies and fabricated unfounded accusations
against me, infringing on my financial and professional

This book contains many examples of collective injustice by
the University of California, the college, the department, and
the faculty and staff association. On the contrary, the book
contains the honorable positions of the two friends who sup-

This book contains examples of the collective injustices I experienced in
the Middle East and America. It deals with some issues represented by
the hostile behavior of some people against me in the Middle East, specif-
ically in Egypt, like my ex-wife chasing me with the help of her brothers
and her lawyers and some people hired to harass me and work against
me. It also addresses examples of inexperienced individuals who must
carry out their assigned roles as they should and some examples of cor-
ruption in business transactions. This part also includes examples of col-
lective injustice against me in the United States of America, including il-
legal transactions, such as depriving me of more than a year and a half
of teaching at the university, stopping my salary, persecuting me, and
not recognizing my scientific status despite the innovations I make in
sciences that did not exist before to serve all humanity. We, as a work
months, and the sal- 18 team, have been working non-stop for more than

I am an American of Egyptian descent, a university professor, scientist, and founder of some new sciences. I am 72 years old, a resident of San Jose, and a lover of all humanity. However, my company and I have long suffered from collective injustices from most people and organizations I deal with. I am facing disastrous problems and severe obstacles in my work and private life, as if this is an intentional thing and a systematic campaign against me and all the innovators and their companies in Egypt, America, and the Arab countries in general. People, communities, and organizations must unite worldwide to do good and help those in need. However, unfortunately, many people and man y governmental and civil organizations join and gather to do me wrong as if they find pleasure in it, whether in the USA or Egypt, as if they were enjoying my pain, getting high while sipping from my flowing blood in full cups, and eating at the table of my tragedy as if only they were at their last supper. It seems that these problems I suffer from also affect all startups and their founders, as injustice has spread, justice is missing, conscience is dead, and morals are lost. If all these abuses are against me only, then I reluctantly accept them. However, suppose they extend to affect the human community as a whole. In that case, we must stand up and combat this injustice and resist the hateful racism that destroyed the dreams of millions of people, including me. Should we, as a human society, wait for the advent of another Martin Luther King, waging wars to end racism and injustice to all human beings? In Your Hands is a book from a series that depicts my tragedy and personal experience. I deposited my grievances between its covers to be read by every person with a lively conscience, an enlightened mind, and a heart that beats with truth and goodness. التدريس في كلية الهندسة وخاصة قسم هندسة الكمبيوتر.
لقد عشت طيلة أربعة سنوات في الجحيم، سعيت من خلالها
للتثبيت في العمل بالجامعة كأستاذ جامعي دائم وقمت فيها
بملء استمارات ومستندات علي أكمل وجه ونشرات علمية
وابتكارات لا حصر لها. ولقد اتصل بي البروفيسور إسحاق من كلية
إدارة الأعمال ليعرض على مساعدته لأنه مر بنفس التجربة عند
التحاقه بنفس الجامعة. وقد انزعج بعد ذلك لما حدث لي من
اضطراري لمغادرة الجامعة في نهاية الفصل الدراسي، بحجة أن
رئيس الجامعة رأى أنني لا أجيد التدريس في الجامعة. ونصحني
إسحاق بأن أستعين بمحام خاصة بعد أن وقعوا معي عقدا بأنّ
أعمل كمحاضر وليس كأستاذ دكتور، ومن ثم ترتب على ذلك
تخفيض رتبتي وراتبي الإجمالي من عشرة آلاف دولار إلى ألفي
دولار فقط. ولقد شعرت بعدها بالصدمة والإذلال الشديد حيث
إنني كنت بحاجة إلى أكثر من 8 آلاف دولار شهريًا لتغطية
نفقاتي الخاصة.

أنا مواطن أمريكي من أصل مصري، أستاذ جامعي، عالم ومؤسس لعلوم جديدة،
بلغت من العمر 72 عامًا وأقيم في سان خوسيه، ومحب للبشرية جمعاء، ولكني
أعاني أنا وشركتي من زمن طويل من كل أنواع الظلم الجماعي من معظم
الأشخاص و المنظمات التي أتعامل معها، حيث أنني أواجه مشاكل كارثية
وعقبات كؤود في عملي وحياتي الخاصة وكأن هذا شيئا مقصودا وحملة
ممنهجة ضدي وضد كل المبتكرين وشركاتهم في مصر بشكل خاص و في
أمريكا والدول العربية بشكل عام. في حين أنه في جميع أنحاء العالم، يجب أن
يتحد الناس والمجتمعات والمنظمات لفعل الخير ومساعدة المحتاجين. ومع ذلك،
وللأسف الشديد يتكاتف الكثير الناس والعديد من المنظمات الحكومية
والمدنية ويتزاحمون على ظلمي وكأنهم يجدون متعة في ذلك سواء في الولايات
المتحدة الأمريكية أو في مصر. كما لو كانوا يستمتعون بألمي وينتشون وهم
يشربون من دمي المتدفق كؤوسا متجرعة، ويأكلون على مائدة مأساتي كما لو
كانوا في عشاءهم الأخير
ويبدو أن هذه المشاكل التي أعاني منها تعاني منها أيضا كل الشركات الناشئة
ومؤسسوها. حيث انتشر الظلم، وغابت العدالة، ومات الضمير، وضاعت الأخلاق.
إذا كانت كل هذه الإساءات ضدي فقط، فأنا أقبلها على مضض، ولكن إذا امتدت
لتمس المجتمع الإنساني ككل، فلابد من وقفة للتصدي ومكافحة هذا الظلم
ومقاومة تيار العنصرية البغيضة التي قضت علي أحلام الملايين من البشر وأنا من
بينهم .هل يجب علي أن أنتظر قدوم مارتن لوثر كينج آخر، يشن الحروب من أجل
إنهاء تلك العنصرية والظلم الواقع علي كل بني الإنسان؟

انقطع بي السبيل وضاقت بي الحيل بعدما ضاعت حقوقي وتشوهت سمعتي
وضعف وضعي المالي والاجتماعي حين انتهزت طليقتي الفرصة وقامت
بفتح حسابين في بنك Wells Fargo دون علمي. وبالتواطؤ مع موظفة
في البنك قامت بتزوير توقيعي في فترة مرضي في 2012 كعادتها في
السرقة وإجرائي لعملية زراعة القلب في يوليو عام 2016
وظلت طليقتي تسحب مبالغ مالية كبيرة من تلك الحسابات، وبعد
اكتشافي للحسابين في 2018 تم إغلاقهما، ولكن هذا الأمر قد خلف
سمعة سيئة في وضعي المالي وأضرني بشكل كبير. ووقعت في مشاكل
كبيرة من جراء ذلك، منها حرماني من التعاملات المالية مع البنك
ورفض أية طلبات أتقدم بها، وتوقفت مصادر التمويل بالنسبة لي مما
توقفت معها كثير من مشروعاتي، ورفض طلبي بفتح حساب لدار النشر
الخاصة بي رغم وجود كل الأوراق القانونية اللازمة. ومن ثم تقدمت
بشكاوى للبنك للتحقيق في الموضوع خصوصا وأنه متعلق بجريمة
تزوير توقيعي. تم الرد علي شكوي بعد معانات كارثية أدفع تمنها الي
وقتنا الحاضر والأكثر فجاجة وغرابة تلك المعاملة الغير آدمية التي
يتعامل بها معي موظفي البنك في Wells Fargo
خلاصة القول أن البنك قام باتخاذ إجراءات تعسفية ضدي و ضد
حساباتي التجارية، وصرف مبالغ ضخمة إلي عدة مؤسسات بصفة دورية
دون موافقتي. وشارك عن عمد في صرف مبالغ طائلة لطليقتي التي قامت
بسحب مدخراتي وأموالي دون موافقتي وعلمي، ناهيك عن سوء المعاملة
من قبل موظفي البنك.
