Have Rights Transformed into Prohibitions in America?
Volume Eight
In this Eighth volume of the “The Brutality of Tyrants” series, Dr. Mo-
hamed Fayad examines the harsh practices that have turned human and
legal rights in California into prohibitions. The book discusses how this
transformation has made citizens’ lives feel like a vast prison, render-
ing their existence a continuous hell. Dr. Fayad explores the depth of in-
justice faced by American society and how institutions that are sup-
posed to uphold rights and Justice-such as universities, the healthcare
system, and banks-have instead become promoters of discrimination
and oppression.
The book presents over a thousand catastrophic statements that unveil
the scandals and crimes committed against individuals, illustrating
how the mafia manipulates people’s destinies, further exacerbating
their suffering. This work is not merely a recounting of tragedies but a
resounding cry against injustice and a call for change. Dr. Fayad urges ac-
countability for the criminals, from the president to law enforcement of-
ficials.
“Has Justice vanished in America, the Land of the Free?” reflects on soci-
ety’s harsh reality and encourages readers to strive for change in pur-
suit of a better future that guarantees rights for all and restores hope to
weary hearts. Through Dr. Mohamed Fayad’s experiences, we confront a
painful truth, yet the book instills hope for the possibility of change.

COLLECTIVE INJUSTICE (VOLUME 10) California Faculty Association (CFA) Abandoning its Assigned Role.- by Professor Dr. Mohamed Fayad
California Faculty Association (CFA) Abandoning its
Assigned Role.
At SJSU, many professors, lecturers, and leading authorities
hatched conspiracies and fabricated unfounded accusations
against me, infringing on my financial and professional
rights. They could destroy my scientific reputation. They
used to deal badly with me without justification. Moreover,
the California Faculty Members Association joined hands
with the university administration to demote and defame me.
They did not provide me with any material or moral support.
I still wonder why they used to act against me. The book con-
tains instances of collective injustice to show that CFA works
for the university administration, not for their members, in
the following items:
(1) No justice exists within the CFA
(2) CFA plays evil roles
(3) The CFA's bylaws are cheap propaganda.
(4) Most CFAs weaken education in California.
COLLECTIVE INJUSTICE (VOLUME 9) Aeeh Press Inc Company Facing Collective Injustice- by Professor Dr. Mohamed Fayad
Aeeh Press Inc Company Facing Collective Injustice
This book contains examples of the collective injustices I experienced in
the Middle East and America. It deals with some issues represented by
the hostile behavior of some people against me in the Middle East, specif-
ically in Egypt, like my ex-wife chasing me with the help of her brothers
and her lawyers and some people hired to harass me and work against
me. It also addresses examples of inexperienced individuals who must
carry out their assigned roles as they should and some examples of cor-
ruption in business transactions. This part also includes examples of col-
lective injustice against me in the United States of America, including il-
legal transactions, such as depriving me of more than a year and a half
of teaching at the university, stopping my salary, persecuting me, and
not recognizing my scientific status despite the innovations I make in
sciences that did not exist before to serve all humanity. We, as a work
months, and the sal- 18 team, have been working non-stop for more than
aries I pay continue without stopping. During this period, many compa-
nies have harmed us, such as web companies (AWS, WordPress, and Na-
mecheap), mobile phones (T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon), Credit bu-
reaus, financial institutions (Wells Fargo), all social media outlets
(LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), publishing companies (AMZ Publishing
Pros.) and others. My team and I worked hard and provided everything
needed for innovation and repair, so hope pushed us to publish many
.books for all authors within three months
Today, I intend to return all these cases to the FBI and hire an excellent

Years of Exile (A Journey from Senbellawein to America) by Professor Dr. Mohamed E. Fayad
$9.59 – $26.99Price range: $9.59 through $26.99
I am an American of Egyptian descent, a university professor, scientist, and founder of some new sciences. I am 72 years old, a resident of San Jose, and a lover of all humanity. However, my company and I have long suffered from collective injustices from most people and organizations I deal with. I am facing disastrous problems and severe obstacles in my work and private life, as if this is an intentional thing and a systematic campaign against me and all the innovators and their companies in Egypt, America, and the Arab countries in general. People, communities, and organizations must unite worldwide to do good and help those in need. However, unfortunately, many people and man y governmental and civil organizations join and gather to do me wrong as if they find pleasure in it, whether in the USA or Egypt, as if they were enjoying my pain, getting high while sipping from my flowing blood in full cups, and eating at the table of my tragedy as if only they were at their last supper. It seems that these problems I suffer from also affect all startups and their founders, as injustice has spread, justice is missing, conscience is dead, and morals are lost. If all these abuses are against me only, then I reluctantly accept them. However, suppose they extend to affect the human community as a whole. In that case, we must stand up and combat this injustice and resist the hateful racism that destroyed the dreams of millions of people, including me. Should we, as a human society, wait for the advent of another Martin Luther King, waging wars to end racism and injustice to all human beings? In Your Hands is a book from a series that depicts my tragedy and personal experience. I deposited my grievances between its covers to be read by every person with a lively conscience, an enlightened mind, and a heart that beats with truth and goodness. This is to relieve me of the injustice that has befallen me and restore some of my lost rights. If you have the same experience and suffer from the same tragedy, please get in touch with me to unite to eliminate the injustice against you and my startup companies. We are the basis of renaissance, civilization, and development worldwide.
