Rules of conducts

  • Respect and Inclusivity: Criticize ideas, not individuals: Disagree respectfully without making personal attacks, using name-calling, or being defensive. Appreciate diversity: Respect differing opinions, backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Avoid making sweeping generalizations or stereotypes. Use inclusive language: Strive to communicate clearly and avoid language that is offensive, discriminatory, or intentionally hurtful.

  • Conversation Etiquette Listen actively: Pay full attention to whoever is speaking without interrupting. Seek to understand others’ viewpoints rather than just waiting for your turn to respond. Share the floor: Be concise with your comments so everyone gets an equal opportunity to speak or contribute. Avoid dominating the conversation. Assume good intent: Give others the benefit of the doubt and approach challenging or high-stakes topics constructively.

  • Group Boundaries and Prohibited Conduct. Zero tolerance for harassment: Bullying, intimidation, doxxing, or targeted harassment will result in immediate removal. No spam or self-promotion: Refrain from posting advertisements, commercial messages, or irrelevant spam.
